Qualifications

• Degree in Town Planning or RTPI accredited related discipline required.
• Working towards or keen to start RTPI accreditation.
• Familiarity with Welsh planning policy is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications.
• Conduct research and site appraisals for planning decisions.
• Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders.
• Monitor planning policy and development trends.
• Help prepare planning statements and policy appraisals.
