Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Assistant Town Planner to join the planning team in Hampshire. You will support the planning process from site promotion through to securing planning permissions for residential developments, working closely with senior colleagues and the wider development team.

The role offers exposure to a varied portfolio and opportunities to develop within a commercially focused planning environment.

Formación

• Degree in Town Planning or related discipline.
• Graduate applications will be considered; some experience in planning consultancy, local authority or housebuilder is a plus.
• Solid understanding of the UK planning system and policies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, proactive and keen to develop in a commercial planning environment.
• Genuine interest in residential development and housebuilding.

Job Title: Assistant Town Planner

Penguin Recruitment is working with an established and growing residential developer to recruit an Assistant Town Planner to join their planning team in Hampshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious planning professional looking to develop their career within the private sector, gaining exposure to a varied portfolio of residential developments and playing an active role in bringing new homes forward.

Working closely with senior colleagues and the wider development team, the successful Assistant Town Planner will support the planning process from initial site promotion through to securing planning permissions, helping to unlock development opportunities across the region.
