A healthcare provider in Swindon is seeking a qualified Assistant Practitioner to join their Scrub Team. The role involves delivering high-quality perioperative care under supervision, ensuring patient safety, and promoting a positive patient experience. Ideal candidates will possess relevant training and clinical experience. This is a full-time position.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Assistant Practitioner to work within our Scrub Team undertaking the role of Assistant Theatre Practitioner.
The Assistant Theatre Practitioner will work as part of the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate high quality, safe and compassionate care for patients in the perioperative setting, under the direction / supervision of a registered practitioner.
The postholder will utilise their training, skills and experience, relevant to their particular area of clinical practice, to undertake a range of tasks as defined within the policies and procedures relevant to the clinical area / scope of practice.
The post holder will support the Theatre Leadership Team to ensure standards of practice and care quality are upheld; this includes working to relevant policies, procedures and national standards, as well as acting as a role model, supporting the learning of others and contributing to the development and implementation of improvement ideas.
