Job summary

We have an opportunity for a Full Time Qualified Assistant Technical Officer to join the Mile End Pharmacy Dispensary team. The post holder will be an integral part of the team, participating in the full range of dispensing activities.

They will also provide top up duties to ensure stock is maintained in the most appropriate way. You should have great communication and interpersonal skills; be motivated, flexible and adaptable; and be able to work in an ever changing environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

• Experience in pharmacy support roles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• To assist with the provision of a high quality pharmacy service to patients of the Trust
• To undertake general dispensary and distribution activities including ward based top ups
• To assist the technical and professional staff in the day-to-day running of the Department
