Qualifications

• Experience within a similar Technical Management role in a FMCG environment is required.
• Working experience of HACCP and BRCGS is essential.
• A Food Science degree is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Technical Manager in their absence.
• Maintain and improve systems within the Technical Department.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Quality, and Legality requirements.
• Assist with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.

Skills

Technical Management experience in FMCG

Knowledge of HACCP

Familiarity with BRCGS standards

Education

Food Science degree
