Job summary

Page Personnel in Bolton is seeking an Assistant Tax Manager to assist with and deliver tax advisory projects for SMEs and owner-managed businesses, under the guidance of senior team members.

You will build on tax compliance knowledge, develop advisory skills, and collaborate in a small, collaborative team environment within a professional services setting.

Qualifications

• CTA qualification or within ~2 years post-qualification.
• Strong background in tax compliance, ideally in practice.
• Experience working with SMEs and owner-managed businesses.
• Broad general tax knowledge rather than narrow specialist focus.
• Some exposure to tax advisory work is desirable but not essential.
