Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for passionate, friendly and fun Level 1 Assistant Swimming teachers to demonstrate commitment and suitability to our Swim Scheme and in return Vision will fund and enroll you on a SEQ Level 2 Swimming Teacher course (Teaching).

Our three centres located around the London borough of Redbridge, offers swimming lessons from 3 months onward, including Rookie Lifeguards and adult lessons.

If you are an enthusiastic Assistant Swimming teachers with a passion for helping encouraging all residents of Redbridge to be confident with their swimming, then come join the Vision team and help make a difference to the community. From ducklings, school swimming, adult swimming and even women's only session, our pools offer a range of classes suited for everyone's needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • To provide a safe environment for all swimmers and ensure any equipment is stored neatly.
  • To be responsible for providing creative and innovative classes following the Swim England & Learn to Swim pathway.
  • To accurately complete registers and update progress using Learn 2.
  • To work alongside the Swim Vision Management to develop and build upon the Swim Scheme.
  • To deliver exceptional customer service to all users of the facility.
  • To attend regular CPD courses to aid your personal development.
Job Requirements
  • Swim England Level 1 in Teaching Aquatics.
  • Experience and confidence teaching a wide range of ages and stages is preferred.
  • NPLQ/Teachers Rescue Qualification preferred.
