Project Details

In this quantity surveyor job, you will support the delivery of multiple high-value residential and commercial developments.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Preparing cost plans, budgets, and detailed estimates
  • Assisting in procurement, tendering, and contract administration
  • Managing valuations, variations, and progress reports
  • Supporting pre- and post-contract cost management processes
  • Liaising directly with clients, contractors, and consultants
  • Assisting in risk management and value engineering reviews

  • Experience in a cost consultancy or construction environment

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
