Job summary

Joules Limited is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Ellesmere Port. You will support the Store Manager, drive sales and ensure exceptional customer service, while upholding store standards and team development in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead with a passion for Joules products, work to KPIs, and help create a unique shopping experience that reflects the Joules brand.

Qualifications

• Previous assistant store manager or retail supervisory experience.
• Experience working to KPIs and targets with a strong customer service focus.
• Proven ability to support and step into Store Manager responsibilities when needed.

As an Assistant Store Manager you will be commercially driven and marketing savvy, with the ability to create a shopping experience that is unique to the Joules brand. Reporting to the Store Manager and working shoulder to shoulder with them, you will have the ability to understand individual needs to help develop your sales team. Coupled with this is your ability to support the Store Manager in setting up and managing exceptional retail operational standards and in store efficiencies to drive profitability. You will need to have previous experience of working to KPIs and targets with a strong customer service focus, either in a retail supervisory or assistant manager role.
