 - Team Support & Sales Coaching: Work alongside your Store Manager to train and motivate team members in achieving sales goals and delivering top‑notch customer service.

 - High School Diploma or Equivalent; at least one year of overall retail experience.
 - Physical Requirements: Must stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11‑35 kg (25‑75 lb); able to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools to assist customers.

 - Strong Verbal and Written Communication: Effectively interact with customers, employees, and management.
