Job summary

Skechers is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to join our store team. You’ll lead by example, drive customer satisfaction, and work alongside the store manager to hit sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll manage daily operations, develop a motivated team, and create a positive, collaborative atmosphere in which colleagues feel valued and empowered to deliver great service and fashion-forward footwear.

• Previous experience in an assistant managerial role.
• Excellent Leadership and communication skills.
