Job summary

Officine Universelle Buly is seeking a Sales Associate in London to represent the brand to a discerning, international clientele. Working under the Boutique Manager, you will support daily operations, deliver exceptional service, and embody the brand’s elegance in a historic luxury setting.

This permanent role requires weekend availability, strong leadership, and a passion for beauty. You will help maintain immaculate displays and build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Retail or luxury boutique experience is a plus.
• Strong candidate will embody brand values and service standards.
• Ability to contribute to staff training or leadership is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support daily team management and step into the Store Manager’s role in their absence.
• Train staff to enhance their skills and ensure their professional development.
• Maintain efficient functioning by planning schedules and providing solutions during unexpected situations.
• Showcase products to emphasize brand value and guarantee optimal customer experience.
• Ensure that customers receive excellent service following established sales processes.
• Conduct sales activities personally and oversee team performance within the boutique.
• Utilize tools provided to retain customers.
• Organize store layout while adhering to set schedules.
• Manage cash operations, including opening/closing registers, handling cash/drawer.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate orders with the Store Manager.
• Maintain pristine condition of sales areas through product display arrangement, cleanliness, maintenance, etc.

Within the Retail department and under the supervision of the Boutique Manager, you will serve as Sales Associate at Officine Universelle Buly. You will personify this vision of quintessential French beauty to a discerning and international clientele.

Operational Management

• Organize store layout while adhering to set schedules.
• Manage cash operations, including opening/closing registers, handling cash/ cash drawer collection,
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate orders with the Store Manager (restocking and deliveries).
• Maintain pristine condition of sales areas through product display arrangement, cleanliness, maintenance, etc.
