Superdrug Stores plc is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Belfast for a 39-hour, full-time role. You will work with the Store Manager to lead a team, drive customer service, and deliver sales targets at the unit in Belfast, BT12 6HU.

Salary is up to £34,000 per annum with opportunities for training and career growth. You will recruit and motivate staff, manage promotions and stock, and maintain operational excellence including audits and budgets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional)
