Superdrug in Glasgow is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work alongside the Store Manager to lead a team and drive performance. Recruit and motivate staff to exceed targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.

You'll drive sales through promotions, merchandising, and stock control, creating a fun environment for customers and colleagues. The role includes operational excellence, audits, budgets, and stock management.
