As an Assistant Manager, you are on hand to resolve issues and bring fresh ideas. You are loyal and passionate about customers and your team. This role supports the Store Manager in managing the store\'s operations, driving sales alongside KPIs, and leading a cohesive team of motivated employees who deliver memorable experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Be a role model - motivate and engage your team to bring to life the brand values daily, promoting an inclusive and positive working atmosphere that celebrates success.
  • Deliver outstanding service to all customers, demonstrating role model behaviours for the team.
  • Assist in driving sales, commerciality and maintenance of standards, including compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Communicate efficiently on the floor and behind the scenes. Develop and maintain relationships across the business, with customers and community partners.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to generate innovative and engaging marketing ideas.
  • Take ownership over stock management and executing visual merchandising guidelines, contributing toward and delivering on store KPIs.
  • Educate your team as the product expert and knowledgeable trainer, and advise customers.
  • Foster a supportive, productive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
  • Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean, well-presented store at all times.
  • Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety regulations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Experience in a customer-facing role. Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not essential
  • Flexible and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles
  • Self-starter and ambitious - motivated to achieve and exceed store targets
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
