Joe & the Juice UK is recruiting an Assistant Store Manager to lead busy shifts, mentor teammates and drive exceptional guest experiences across our stores. You’ll help maintain high standards, train staff and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for Assistant Store Managers (Assistant Managers) to join us as we grow JOE & THE JUICE across the UK.

A Juicer is not a machine - and your role is to support the team so they can show up with energy, personality, and connection every day.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’re right in the middle of it all - leading shifts, supporting your manager, and making sure the team is set up to perform.

You help set the tone. You keep the standards high. You make things happen.
