About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager to deliver HARIBO sales targets and KPIs by executing HARIBO customer service, retail and operational standards. You will be an experienced, dynamic, commercially focused manager with proven results in leading teams and driving sales growth. This busy role is based at the York Designer Outlet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make changes and deliver initiatives that shape the success of the retail business.
  • Provide leadership within the store for the team and their development.
  • Ensure processes are seamless and customer service is the best it can be.
  • Develop meaningful relationships within the store team and act as a key role model of the HARIBO values.
  • Analyse current performance and bring improvements to sales and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the team with a one‑team approach, driving sales growth and delivering an outstanding HARIBO experience to customers.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Valid driving licence; travel to other stores may be required.
  • Excellent organisational skills.

Hours of Work

This role is 40 hours a week, working in a flexible nature to suit the needs of the retail business. UK travel may be required, as the retail team works as a very close‑knit group where support to other stores is often required.
