What you’ll be doing as Assistant Store Manager:

Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, leading and motivating a dedicated team

• Champion exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction reflects a premium, personalised approach
• Deliver strong commercial results by driving sales, KPIs, and overall store profitability
• Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, presentation, and operational execution

Oversee store operations including stock management, staffing schedules, compliance, and health & safety

• Represent the business with professionalism, consistently upholding its values and aesthetic
