About the Role – Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for a well-rounded, commercially focused retail professional who takes a proactive approach and is confident working independently. While fashion retail experience is desirable, it is not essential as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a management or supervisory role within a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager: Assist in the smooth running of the store while ensuring costs remain within budget
  • Drive Sales: Help maximise profitability by promoting sales and identifying new opportunities for growth
  • Customer Service: Maintain consistently high levels of customer service
  • Team Development: Coach, motivate, and manage the team to achieve targets, leading by example
  • Step Up When Needed: Confidently deputise for the Store Manager when required to ensure operations run smoothly
