Job summary

Sports Direct International is seeking an experienced store leader in Maidstone to drive team performance, high standards of store presentation, and exceptional customer experience. You will manage and coach staff, implement visual merchandising standards, and push for strong commercial results within the Frasers Group brand portfolio.

You will lead with a data-driven, target-focused approach and promote our values, while developing succession plans and fostering a positive, engaging environment
