The job
This role is a vital part of the management team in Bracknell on a temporary 12-month contract. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive team engagement and maximise all sales opportunities. The store team will ensure every customer finds their perfect bed.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day management of the store team to increase sales and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Help create a positive store environment, participate in business initiatives, share best practice, and have fun
- In the Store Manager’s absence, lead the team to achieve goals through coaching and training
- Motivate and inspire all Dreamers
- Walk the floor regularly to maintain high store standards for an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications
- Experience: Retail or commercial sales experience, preferably with store and team management
- Commercially minded: Results-driven with aptitude for decision making
- Motivated: Proven ability to perform to targets and identify sales opportunities
- Inspirational leadership: Strong ability to lead and motivate teams
- Communicator: Excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Customer-focused: Demonstrated commitment to putting customers first
