We are recruiting an assistant store manager for a luxury retailer’s busy store in Westfield White City. The company owns a portfolio of top‑tier luxury brands and has recently launched new product lines that have driven sales to unprecedented levels in the UK.
The assistant store manager will manage a store turnover of around £1 million per year, oversee a team of seven and deliver store EBITDA targets. The role requires a robust back‑of‑house operation, high training standards, strong motivation and the highest levels of customer service expected in a luxury retail environment.
Pay up to £31 000, depending on experience, with a bonus potential of up to £3 500. Additional benefits include private medical insurance, company Perkbox, optical cover and a generous company discount of up to 40 % across products.
