Mountain Warehouse in the UK is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving store success. You will lead daily operations, manage a high-performing team and uphold the Mountain Warehouse brand.

You will develop staff, train the team, ensure excellent customer service, maintain visual merchandising standards, and contribute to achieving sales targets while protecting stock and profitability.

Leadership & Team Development:

• Partner with the Store Manager to lead a motivated, engaged, and high-performing team.

Sales & Performance:

• Support in meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving profitability through effective strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and sustain store success.
• Oversee stock levels, ensuring smooth replenishment and accurate delivery management.
• Implement proactive loss prevention strategies to protect the store’s profitability.
