Mountain Warehouse in Douglas currently seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving store success. You will lead daily operations, train and empower a high-performing team, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience while upholding the Mountain Warehouse brand.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and a strong focus on sales targets. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Douglas, Isle of Man, with opportunities to influence store
