Evans Cycles is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations. You will lead the team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience for every visitor.

You’ll combine strong retail management skills with a genuine passion for cycling, inspiring your team to achieve great results while ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

About You

Previous retail management or supervisory experience (cycling or sporting goods experience is a bonus).

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Passionate about customer service with excellent communication skills.

Sales-driven, with experience meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Knowledge and enthusiasm for cycling products is highly desirable.

Organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Computer-literate and confident with administrative tasks.

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and varied shifts in line with store hours.
