We’re on the lookout for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our Aberdeen team.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Partnering with the Store Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly
  • Leading, motivating, and developing your team to deliver exceptional service
  • Stepping up to take the reins whenever the Store Manager is away
  • Ensuring the store is safe, welcoming, and easy for customers to shop in
What we’re looking for:

Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in retail

A natural people leader who thrives on developing others

A customer-first mindset with solid commercial awareness

Confidence in managing operations – from stock and cash handling to store standards
