Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source is seeking a contract Assistant Site Manager in Oxfordshire to oversee feature staircase installation on a major campus project. You will manage day-to-day delivery and coordinate site activities.

Start Date ASAP. Rate £300 per day, contract length 4-5 months, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with on-site parking. You'll lead a team of around 10 operatives reporting to the Site Manager and ensure snagging, site reporting and method statements are completed.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification is essential.
• First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing staircase installation works on site
• Managing snagging through to sign‑off
• Producing weekly packs and site reporting
• Preparing and reviewing method statements
• Coordinating site logistics
• Data scope work
• Supervising a team of 10 operatives, reporting into the Site Manager
