Qualifications

  • Proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects.
  • Experience with PAS 2030/2035.
  • Ability to manage direct reports effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives.
  • Lead the site team to ensure project delivery.
  • Pre & post inspections of works.
  • Conduct health & safety & quality checks.
