Qualifications

  • CSCS card required.
  • Experience within housebuilding as Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Support the safe and compliant running of the development.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day construction operations.
  • Contribute to quality checks to ensure standards are met.
  • Help manage customer-related tasks during and after the build.
  • Maintain effective communication with teams and stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with nearby residents and community groups.

Skills

Strong communication skills
Solid understanding of construction methods
Ability to work effectively across multiple teams

Education

NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Supervision
SMSTS qualification
First Aid at Work certification
