Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Management or equivalent is required.
• CSCS – Gold supervisor certification is necessary.
• Must have SMSTS certification.
• First Aid at Work certification needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades and directing labour.
• Attend Build/Sales meetings with the Sales Team.
• Ensure construction team is well-resourced and directed.
• Provide support to site workers for job responsibilities.
