Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join a Tier 1 Social Housing contractor with 35+ years in the UK market. You will oversee roofing schemes, manage trades and sub-contractors, and help drive projects to completion.

The role focuses on planning, health and safety, and strong collaboration with the Site Manager to deliver seamless results for local authorities. UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Social Housing Refurbishment
• Ideally knowledge in roofing
• UK Driving Licence
• Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the works, working alongside the Site Manager leading the Trades & Labours team, Tenant Liaison Officers, and sub-contractors.
• Planning the project to ensure it runs smoothly and health and safety is adhered to.
• Using your knowledge of roofing, rendering, and more external schemes to drive the contract to completion.
