This bespoke residential developer is known for creating high-spec homes that combine craftsmanship with attention to detail — and they're looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their growing team.

You'll be working hybrid across two active developments in Stirling and Dunfermline, supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day delivery, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and ensuring H&S compliance on site.

What you'll be doing:
  • Supporting the Site Manager in all site operations across both developments
  • Monitoring build progress, quality, and safety standards
  • Coordinating trades and ensuring work is delivered to programme
  • Maintaining clear communication with suppliers, design, and technical teams
  • Representing the company with professionalism and pride in every home built
What you'll need:
  • Experience as an Assistant Site Manager (ideally within private housing)
  • Valid SMSTS / SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach and eye for detail
  • Flexibility to travel between sites in Stirling and Dunfermline
