Job summary

Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading residential developer to recruit an Assistant Site Manager in Milton Keynes. This 100+ unit traditional build housing project requires a capable assistant to support the Lead Manager and help deliver on time and to a high standard.

You will oversee the internal build process, manage subcontractors and site labour while maintaining health and safety standards, with exposure to externals and a clear path to Site Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sub-contractors and labour force, keeping high health & safety standards.
• Achieve a high quality product across 100+ units of traditional build houses.
• Keep the project on time and in budget.
• Oversee the whole build process
