Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in coordinating and supervising externals trades and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards on site.
• Contribute to short-term planning, progress reporting, and resolving site issues.
• Maintain accurate site records and assist with QA and handover documentation.

Skills

Experience managing brickwork

Experience with window installation

Knowledge of scaffolding packages

Education

SMSTS (or SSSTS) certification
