You will coordinate labour, manage sub-contract packages, maintain site security and safety, and step in during absences. Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, ideally with a housebuilder.
• Ability to plan, organise and monitor sub-contract activity on a day-by-day basis.
• Hold relevant industry qualifications and accreditations.
• Positive can-do attitude to progress within the business.

Responsibilities

• Control on-site labour and sub-contracts, coordinating plot-by-plot to the build programme.
• Monitor site activities and sub-contractor packages to align with the Health & Safety plan.
• Ensure site security, traffic management, theft prevention, and public access control.
• Provide cover for Site Manager when absent (holidays, sickness, meetings).
