Position Overview

Leading residential developer is looking for two experienced Assistant Site Managers to work on a high profile phased development near Crawley. Candidates must have experience working with established house builders.

Key Responsibilities

• You will work with a Site Manager and support him and lead the site during holiday periods.
• You will manage large complex sites with a variety of property types, from apartments to 2/3/4 bedroomed homes.
• The sites have been running for a number of months and will continue for many years with various phases running concurrently.
