  • Local availability and flexibility for on-site presence in Aberdeen.

Our client is delivering a high‑quality new‑build commercial development in the Aberdeen area and is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Assistant Site Manager to support the lead Site Manager in overseeing day‑to‑day operations. With a project duration of several months and potential future works across the region, this opportunity suits a professional eager to gain further experience in large‑scale construction while contributing to a landmark build.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Site Manager in coordinating daily site activities for a new build commercial project.
  • Support the management of trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor progress against programme, ensuring works meet specification and health & safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate site records, compliance documentation, and reporting.
