Location: West Midlands, Coventry

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Monday to Friday

Primary Industry: Construction - New build housing

Salary: £40,000 – £52,000 Per annum (up to £53,000 + competitive package)

Job Duties
  • Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of the construction site
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and tradespeople
  • Manage and monitor site progress

  • Assist in quality control and compliance with building regulations
  • Communicate effectively with the Site Manager, contractors, and suppliers
Required Qualifications
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
  • First Aid certification
  • Valid Driving Licence
