A leading construction company is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to oversee internal and external planned maintenance projects across North London. The successful candidate will manage sub-contractors and lead the site team, ensuring works are delivered to specification. Required qualifications include SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card, and Asbestos Awareness. This permanent role offers good progression opportunities and development within the company.
Our Client, a construction contractor are currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their planned works division.
Projects that are being delivered will be a mixture of internal and external plan maintenance projects to street properties in the area . They are being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties around the North London area.
On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:
My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.
This is a permanent position which will offer development as well as good progression opportunities for the successful candidate.
