The role involves overseeing on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and coordinating subcontractors. Ideal candidates will have experience with commercial fit out projects over £5m and hold relevant certifications. The position offers a project duration of January - July 2026, with a start date potentially sooner.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering commercial fit out or refurbishment projects over £5m.
• Hold essential qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid.
• Strong communication and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities
