Immediate Freelance Opportunity | Up to £280/day | 7–8 Month Contract (3 positions available)

Join a landmark £60M new-build modular hospital in Bournemouth, delivering state-of-the-art healthcare facilities to enhance regional services. As our exclusive recruitment partner, we’re seeking three hands‑on Supervisors / Assistant Site Managers to support the senior team on this high‑profile project through the winter period and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with trade supervision, quality control, and short‑term programming.
  • Oversee modular set‑out, crane lifts, groundworks completion, and daily site operations.
  • Monitor progress, report to Senior Management, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Support logistics, inductions, and coordination between subcontractors and site teams.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in new‑build supervision or assistant site management.
  • Practical, hands‑on experience on fast‑paced construction sites; modular experience a plus.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Immediate availability and eligibility to work in the UK.
