Join us as a part time Assistant Shop Manager in our award winning vintage inspired boutique charity shop on Marlborough High Street and become an ambassador for your local Children's Hospice.

You will join a busy shop, working alongside a team of volunteers & staff helping maximise the shop’s sales profits. Great customer service is crucial to what we do, so your previous experience in charity or mainstream retail background will help you hit the ground running. A passion for collectables, vintage and sustainable shopping would also be a great asset to the role.

To thrive, you will need a proactive attitude, good eye for detail, strong organisational and IT skills, and previous experience of working with or managing volunteers in a flexible work environment. You will be supported by the Shop Manager and Area Manager to achieve your objectives.

This is a part role for 15 hours per week. In return we can offer you a salary of £25,087 per annum pro rata.

The shop is open Monday-Saturday 09:00-17:00 and Sunday 10:00-16:00, and the role will require you to work some weekends. Flexibility in when your hours are worked is required as working patterns may change, subject to the needs of the business and the levels of staff and volunteers available to work.
