A leading cat welfare charity in Carlisle is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to help maximize shop income and act as a brand ambassador. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail, with strong skills in team management and cash handling. This permanent role offers health benefits and 26 days of annual leave. Work pattern: 21 hours on a rota basis (to include weekends)
Salary: Up to £13,466.65 per annum

Our retail operation consists of over 80 charity shops. Each of our shops has its own charm and personality due to our dedicated volunteers and colleagues. From vintage jewellery and jigsaws to harps and handbags, whether our customers are looking for that ‘must have’ item or simply a ‘missing piece’.
