A leading charity organization in Carlisle is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support retail operations. The ideal candidate will have retail experience, be familiar with sales targets, and possess strong team management skills. The position offers a salary up to £13,466.65 per annum with a contract type of permanent and various health benefits including annual leave.
