Qualifications

• Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and/or behaviours that challenge.
• Experience leading or supervising a small-to-medium sized team or willingness to train.
• Good IT and business-systems skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Service Manager to lead, develop and motivate the staff team.
• Act as the Service Manager in their absence.
• Manage recruitment, staff supervision, training, and performance management.
• Ensure person-centred planning for the residents.
