We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join Brayleys Cars Limited and help to lead our vehicle sales team at our Honda & Hyundai dealership in St Albans. This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, and offers the opportunity to join a leading regional automotive group whilst representing a one of the world's leading brands whilst taking your first step on the management ladder. What does a typical day involve?

• Working alongside the sales manager, managing the team of experienced vehicle sales executives
• Motivating the team to meet sales targets on vehicles and finance and insurance products
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and brand standards.
• Ensuring that the highest standards of presentation are in place at all times
• Liaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email
• Ensuring customer satisfaction index scores are consistently high
• Handling any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way
• Collating finance proposals for customers

Previous automotive experience is preferred, although this isn't essential and full training will be given. In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate the following:

• Excellent relationship building skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet a goal
