ROLE: Assistant Sales Manager
LOCATION: Handforth, Cheshire
HOURS: Monday to Friday, Saturday on a rota, no Sundays. 40 hours week
SALARY: 35k basic – 80k OTE + car + benefits

Flame Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our client’s prestige main dealership in the Cheshire area. This role is offered on a full‑time, permanent basis, and offers the opportunity to join a leading regional automotive group while representing one of the world’s leading brands and taking your first step on the management ladder.

Duties

• Drive your sales team to optimise every Finance and Insurance opportunity that comes into the business.
• Establish wants and needs of the customer while building rapport that will retain them to the brand and the business.
• Expertly handle the enquiry management process, supporting and motivating your team to convert prospects into customers.
• Work under pressure, establish targets and monitor performance against budget.
• Understand shortfalls and address them with your team and Sales Manager.
• Provide regular feedback to your team, reviewing performance, targets and coaching to develop them.
