Outlet Shopping at The O2 are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to support the retail manager in the day to day running of Outlet Shopping.
We'll give you training in our systems, policies, and procedures so that you'll be set up for success. From the moment new employees join us, they're welcomed with open arms and a plethora of exciting perks. You'll act as Duty Manager on a rota basis with the rest of the Management team to cover late nights and weekends. This is likely to be a minimum of one weekend and one week of late nights a month, as well as a fair share of Bank Holiday Duty Manager shifts (split between Management Team).
Note: Due to the nature of the Outlet there must be flexibility within working hours to have a regular presence at weekends, evenings, peak trade and for special events.
