Welcome Break, a leading UK motorway service operator, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Burger King at Sarn Park. You will help lead the team on shift, maintain standards and ensure every customer enjoys a warm welcome and great experience.

You will support the Restaurant Manager across service, safety, people and commercial performance, coaching the team on shift, helping manage stock and routines, and preparing the unit for busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in busy retail, hospitality, or customer service environments.
