Our company is searching for an organized Assistant Manager who can lead a team of professionals to success! Title of Position: Assistant Manager

Job Description

The Assistant Manager will ensure 100% concurrence with all company policies and procedures, make suggestions regarding development, promotion, and disciplinary measures affecting team members, and will make hiring and termination recommendations to the General Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring food safety and sanitation, observing food and beverage quality and execution, performing quarterly food reviews, weekly inventories to ensure proper stock levels, evaluating ordering patterns, creating and receiving orders of food and beverages, and validating daily prep production.
